RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return and exchange are only applicable for the item(s) that are defected or damaged from our side, with tags still attached or mistakenly delivered.
Return & Exchanges should be made within 7 DAYS after the item is received with an official receipt with tags still attached.
Exchanges of items are subject to stock availability and only allowed for the same item, color, and size.
Refund is strictly not allowed.
All SALE, AS-IS, DEFECTIVE SALE ITEM, and PROMOTIONAL-PRICE items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Customers must consult our person-in-charge first (sales team) before proceeding with the returns/exchanges.
Item must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all tags attached.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Service Team at 018-2132 174 and provide your Order number, your name and address, details of the Product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement in which situation is accepted.
Upon receipt of the Products, we will examine them and we will advise you on the status of the replacement (if any) via email as soon as practicable.

ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO EXCHANGE IF:

Item is damaged caused by (torn, stain, wrinkle, smell, cigarette, perfume)
Item that has been washed, altered, and ironed. (Shorten/hemmed)
Items that have stains such as makeup stain, food, pen, etc.
Item defected caused by customer
Item with no invoice or purchase receipt
Exceed 7 days from the date of the received item
